Our wonderful world of miniature horses began when Princess, Buddy, and Gracie, came to our rescue when their owner, Robyn Tate, died of cancer. Gracie, 12yrs, came to us in foal. Buddy, 14yrs, came as a breeding stallion, who we had gelded by our equine specialist Dr Dennis Ruksznis. Princess, 24yrs, came to us with a 2 month old foal who we named "Tate's Legacy". Tate is living at Nonie's farm in Newburgh, Sunset Ridge. The miniature horses are the ambassadors for the rescue, and attend public events to raise awareness of rescue efforts being made at Last Stop Horse Rescue. They reside at the rescue, and have been given sanctuary at Last Stop Horse Rescue.
